This Project Would Enable the San Mateo Resource Conservation District (RCD) to Initiate Investigations Into the Feasibility of Acquiring Easements or Acquisitions Across at Least Two to Three Properties in the Pescadero Watershed. These Sites Represent High Priority Locations for Conducting Future Restoration Actions, Where Acquiring the Property or a Conservation Easement Is Necessary to Achieve Critical Watershed Restoration Goals. This Project Targets and Will Restore and Protect Habitat for Threatened California Red-legged Frog and Endangered Tidewater Goby. a Final Report Will Summarize Restoration Opportunities and Costs and Methods for Developing Appraisals for Property Acquisitions and Easements.
