Envirosurvey, Inc. Is a Nonprofit Organization Founded in 2001 Its Members Have Over 20 Years of Combined Experience Working in Forest Management, Agroforestry, Habitat Restoration Practices, Recovery of Endangered Species, Management of Protected Areas, and Development of Management Plans for Natural Resources. Under Cooperative Agreements F17AC000771, F20AC10087000, and F21AC02153001 Between October 2018 as of to Date, Envirosurvey Established Eight Landowner Agreements (laos). Under F20AC10087000 and F21AC02153001, We Are Still Identifying New Landowners Within the Area of Interest to Include Them in the Conservation Strategy.we Are Presenting This New Proposal to Expand and Enhance the Conservation Actions Still Performed Under the Collaborative Agreements F20AC10087000 (FY2020) and F21AC02153001 (FY2021) to Restore, Enhance, and Establish New Essential Habitats for the Following Identified Focal Species: Goetzea Elegans, Calyptronoma Rivalis, and for the Following Native Trees and Shrubs Species: Oplonia Spinosa, Tabebuia Haemantha, Poitea Punicea, and Polygala Cowelii. in Addition, Other Species Planted From 2018 to 2023 Included: Peperomia Wheeleri and Ottoschulzia Rhodoxylon.installing Habitat Recovery Practices in Private Lands Within the Karst Region of Northwest Puerto Rico Integrated With Sound Ecological Management and Conservation Practices Can Benefit These Focal Species and Is Critical to Maintaining This Region S Ecological Functionality. Moreover, the Implementation of Specific Conservation Practices Within This Portion of the Island Will Also Benefit Other State and Federal Trust Species, Such as the At-risk Species Sicydium Plumieri, Anguilla Rostrata, and the Endemic Butterfly Atlantea Tulita, in Addition to Other Endangered Plants Species Occurring Within Private Lands in This Region.this New Proposal Will Allow the FWS, With Four New Landowners, to Continue Restoring, Enhancing, and Establishing New Essential Habitats and Populations Suitable for the Focal Species: Goetzea Elegans and Calyptronoma Rivalis.the Proposed Project Objectives Are: 1) With Assistance From the FWS, Identify, Develop, and Promote Conservation Measures Within at Least Four Additional Private Lands and Minimize Effects on the Targeted Species and Their Habitat 2) Acquire or Produce 700 Individuals of the Endangered Species Goetzea Elegans and Calyptronoma Rivalis and 300 Individuals of the Following Native Species: Oplonia Spinosa, Tabebuia Haemantha, Poitea Punicea, and Polygala Cowelii 3) Prepare Four Loas and Project Work Plans for the Identified Restoration and Enhancement Sites 4) Establish New Populations of Goetzea Elegans and Calyptronoma Rivalis in Private Lands and 5) in Collaboration With FWS, Certify the Practices Identified in the Loas Between FWS, Envirosurvey, and the Participant Landowners.
