The San Francisco Garter Snake Recovery Working Group and Restoration Will Support the Recovery of San Francisco Garter Snake by Facilitating a Collaboration Among Stakeholders and Implementation of Recommended Recovery Actions. the Project Will Lead to the Creation and Coordination of a San Francisco Garter Snake Recovery Working Group to Encourage Regional Scale Thinking and Collaboration Towards Recovering the Snake and Its Prey Species. the Project Also Includes Implementation of a 4-ACRE Multi-benefit Restoration Project That Will Aid in Recovery of Both the Endangered San Francisco Garter Snake and the Threatened California Red-legged Frog, as Well as Other Listed Species Such as Steelhead, Coho Salmon, and Western Pond Turtle.
