This Is a Cooperative Agreement Between the U.s. Fish and Wildlife Service Usfws and White Mountain Apache Tribe Tribe. This Agreement Is Being Implemented to Foster Cooperation on a Government-to-government Basis in Mexican Wolf Monitoring, Management, and Recovery to Implement the Current Provisions for This Species as Set Forth in the Usfws 2017 Mexican Wolf Recovery Plan and Subsequent Revisions and Reintroduction Objectives as Set Forth in the 2015 10 J Rule and Subsequent Revisions , and the Provide for Implementation of the Tribe S Mexican Wolf Management Program on the Fort Apache Indian Reservation, as Set Forth in the White Mountain Apache Tribe Mexican Wolf Management Plan.a June 24, 2019, Memorandum of Understanding Between the Usfws and Tribe and Other Cooperators Constitutes Substantial Federal and Cooperator Involvement and Establishes a Framework for Collaboration That Is Based in Sound Science, and Which Enable the Usfws and Tribe and Other Cooperators to Develop Mutually-agreeable, Long-term Collaboration in Reintroduction and Recovery of Mexican Wolves in Arizona and New Mexico.
