The Primary Purpose of Our Projects Is to Assist in the Restoration of Wild Salmon and Steelhead Runs in Hoodcanal the Following Activities Were Identified as the Expected Accomplishments of This Cooperative Agreement a Maintain LLTK S Lilliwaup Hatchery and Continue Field Work, Including Sampling, Streamside and in Riversurveying, and Various Other Monitoring Tasks Associated With the Hood Canal Steelhead Project and Summer Chumrecovery B Coordinate the Scientists and Others Participating in the Assessment of Hood Canal Bridge, Provide Field Andanalysis Support, and Synthesize the Results of Phase 1 and Move Forward Into Phase 2 C Further Esa Listed Puget Sound and Hood Canal Chinook, Chum and Steelhead Recovery via Participation Inplanning in General Also, Contribute to the Development of the Puget Sound Steelhead Recovery Plan as a Memberof the Recovery Planning Team, and to the Development of a Prey Salmon Action Plan for Southern Resident Killerwhales as Members of the Governor S Orca Task Force These Long Term Efforts Are Described on the Following Pages Within the Context of Ongoing, Species Specificrecovery Projects
