Purpose: the Wisconsin Biohealth Tech Hub Governance Project Aims to Establish Tech Hub-wide Leadership, Governance, and Project Management Groups Along With Maintaining Coordination Across the Tech Hub Consortium and Industry Players. to Track Outputs and Progress, the Governance Component Will Focus on Data Collection, Analysis, Risk Mitigation, and Reporting Along With Communication and Marketing Efforts to Improve Engagement Across the Industry. Activities to Be Performed: Hire Staff for Project Management and Create Infrastructure to Govern the Projects, Timelines, Budgets, Goals, and Metrics. Establish Consistent Meetings and Consortium Member Processes, Annual Meeting Planning, Quarterly Reporting and Communication to All Stakeholders and Interested Parties. Create a System for Metric Reporting, Analysis, and Progress Toward Tech Hub Goals. Media and Communications for Promotion, Growth, and Future Investment Opportunities for the Tech Hub. Reduce and Anticipate Any Risk Relating to Security, Budget, or Project Implementation by Conducting Annual Risk Mitigation Reviews. Expected Outcomes: Standardize Metrics Reporting and Progress Toward Project Goals Based on Timelines Submitted, Develop Processes to Monitor Budgets and Project Funding Submissions, and Create a Centralized System to Manage Requirements Outlines by Mou?s, Loi?s and Guidelines. Increase the Newsletter, Media, and Stakeholder Engagements Along With Project Goals, Metrics, and Detailed Budgeting Reports. Create a List of Potential Risks, Annual Trainings, and Maintain Goals for Tech Hub Sponsorships, Stakeholder Growth, and Investments in the Biohealth Industry Regionally and State-wide.
