Lineman College and Training Hub the Regional Training Hub Will Further Build Upon Existing Training Programs to Serve Large Employers, Small Businesses, and Local Governments in Workforce Development Activities to Support Business Retention and Encourage Business Expansion and Job Growth. the Intent of the School Is to Serve the Current Utility Workforce Demand Which Is Growing at a Steady State as Well as Prepare for the Upcoming Future Demand From Ongoing Infrastructure Upgrades and New Projects Including Broadband Infrastructure Build Out, Renewable Energy Build Out and Maintenance, Transmission Projects as Well as Serving Population and Business Growth. Collectively, These Partnerships and Trainings Will Help Create New Jobs in the Region, Contribute to Job/business Retention and Expansion, and Further Ensure Energy Resiliency in the Region.
