This Effort Is to Provide Grants to Eligible Jurisdictions to Support Adoption of Qualified Building Energy Codes; Achievement of Full Compliance in New and Renovated Residential or Commercial Buildings, as Applicable; Active Training and Enforcement Programs; and Compliance Measurement. in Addition to Addressing Energy Use, Building Energy Codes Offer the Added Benefits of Addressing and Enhancing Building Resilience, Community Benefits, and Mitigating Climate Hazards for All Urban, Suburban and Rural Communities.
