This Funding Is on a Partnership Intermediary Agreement. the Recent Atlantic Offshore Wind Transmission Study Highlighted the Immense Value That Coordinated Offshore Transmission Networks Can Bring to the Atlantic Region. But to Have an Integrated Offshore Network, the Transmission Assets Built Off Each State’s Coasts Will Need to Be Constructed With Future Compatibility in Mind. This Project Will Look to Identify How We Standardize and Support Each State’s Individual Procurements in the Near Term by Developing Guidance and Best Practices Regarding Offshore Wind Transmission Equipment Standardization Through the Formation of a Consortium of Specialists.
