The Primary Purpose of This Training and Technical Assistance Offered by the National Association for State Community Services Programs (NASCSP) Is to Provide Critical and Timely Technical and Programmatic Assistance, Information, and Resources to Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) Grantees to Streamline the Implementation of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (bil), Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. Targeted Activities to Be Provided Are: 1. Collecting and Disseminating the Best Practices and Tools Related to the Implementation of Bil Funding in Wap Operations and Workforce Initiatives. 2. Developing Grantee Tools to Assist Ongoing Bil Wap Operations and Sustainability. 3. Provide Remote and On-site Training and Technical Support for State Fiscal, Programmatic, and Technical Staff to Include Targeted Coaching of New State Staff. 4. Provide Direct Training and Technical Assistance to Grantee Wap Managers and Staff to Improve Operations as Needed.
