Ge Vernova Proposes a 36-MONTH Project to Implement a Ge Vernova-developed High-fidelity Multi-gas Sensing Approach for Localization and Quantification of H2 Leak Sources Using Physics-enhanced Analytics and Fence-line H2 Monitoring of Industrial Sites. the H2 Sensing Approach Is Based on Ge Vernova’s Developed Dielectric Excitation Sensing Technology. the Project Objective Is to Demonstrate a System Solution for Three-dimensional (3D) Localization and Quantification of a Single or Multiple H2 Gas Leaks on Sites of ~ 100 M X 100 M. the Quantification Technology Will Quantify 1 - 20 Kg/hour Emissions Rates Within < 24 Hours With Accuracy Error of < 20%, Probability of Detection of at Least 90%, and False Positive Rate of <1%. the Localization Technology Will Provide Differentiation and Emission-ranking of Multiple Leaks With Spatial Resolution Within < 10 M of Their Actual Locations. Such High-fidelity Capabilities Coupled With the Cost-effective H2 Monitoring Hardware and Deployment Simplicity Will Be Attractive Not Only for Safety, Environmental, and Economic Reasons of the H2 Loss as a Product, But Also for Prognostics of H2 Sites Over Diverse Geographical Locations and Climate Conditions That Will Experience Different Environmental Stress.

Everything here is this single award's whole record — signed, amended, paid — not a fiscal-year slice. The by-year charts elsewhere split an award across the years it was committed; this page keeps it whole.
Committed is what the government has legally promised on this award so far. Contracts can also carry a ceiling — the maximum if every option is exercised. Unspent ceiling is headroom, not money owed.
The cash actually disbursed against this award. The gap from committed is the disbursement pipeline: promised, not yet cashed.
Each transaction is a signing event — an action that created or changed the award, dated the day it was signed — not a payment. Negative amounts are real: money de-committed at closeout or renegotiation.
One bar, the award’s whole arithmetic: paid out, then committed, not yet paid, then .
