Operations Technology Development, NFP, (''otd'') With Subcontractor Gas Technology Institute (''gti'') Will Provide Critical Technical Expertise via the Repair Program's Testing and Technical Specifications Panel (''TTSP'') in Support of Repair Awardees. Repair Project Teams Will Develop the Test Protocols and Performance Targets for ''pipe in Pipe'' Rehabilitation of Gas Distribution Mains; Materials and Robotic Tools to Deposit and Inspect the Coatings; and Mapping Tools and Software to Create 3-D Maps of Gas Pipes and Adjacent Underground Infrastructure. the TTSP Will Ultimately Assess the Suitability of Repair Technologies So the TTSP Must Be Comprised of High-level, Decision-making Representatives From Critical Stakeholder Organizations, E.g. Regulatory Bodies. Otd Was Formed by Gas Utility Companies, and Its Board of Directors Is Comprised of Senior Gas Utility Executives. Otd Identifies, Selects, Funds and Oversees Research Projects Resulting in Innovative Solutions and the Improved Safety, Reliability, Operational Efficiency, and Sustainability of Natural Gas Systems. Because of Their Membership, Function, and Expertise, Otd Is Uniquely Positioned to Coordinate the Meetings of the TTSP, Ensuring the Participation of the Right Technical Experts and Stake Holders.
