Application Purpose: the Purpose of This Award Is to Provide Funding for Miscellaneous Support Equipment Asm Facility Renovation and Rehabilitation.; Activities Performed: Activities to Be Performed Will Be Competitive Guided Procurement Activities for System to Support the Federal Grant Administration Process and Integration With the Financial Management System. Activities Relative to the Asm Facility Renovation and Rehabilitation in Addition to Procurement and Construction Activities Will Include But Not Be Limited to NTD Grant Administration Activities Additional Fees for Design Development Ae Services Permitting Construction Administration and Oversight Change Orders Purchasing/upgrading All Related Equipment and Systems Management Owner Representative Oversight Legal and Permitting Fees Contingencies Temporary Relocation of Administration and Operations Centers and Employee Parking Other Bidding Related Fees Salaries Administration Expenses and Other Associated Fees. Activities Will Include But Not Limited to a E Services Permitting Project and Construction Oversight Purchasing Related Equipment and Systems and Construction of the Remaining Scope of Work for Items Such as Fixing Electrical Code Issues Replacing and Installing New Hvac Systems Installing Lifts in the Maintenance Shop Enclosure of the Space Between the Maintenance Shop and Garage Misc.
