Application Purpose: Addition Time Is Needed to Complete the Last 3 Procurements Requested Under This Award. Research Is Underway for All 3 Procurements and All the Solicitations Are Expected to Be Marketed in March and April 2025. When These Final 3 Procurements Are Complete the Award Will Be Ready for Close Out.; Activities Performed: Seat Has 3 Projects That We Are Initiating Over the Next 2 Months and They Fall Under Scope 114-00. the First Is Ali 11.43.03 Engineering and Design Planning for Upgrading the Current Facilities to Be a Bus Maintenance Facility Only as the State of CT Will Be Building a New Administrative and Bus Storage Facility at This Location. the Second Is Ali 11.44.01 as Seat Will Be Creating More Office Space at This Location Due to Current Need as More Space Is Needed Immediately and for Future Need When the Current Facility Will Undergo Construction When Changing to Bus Maintenance Facility Only. the Third Is Ali 11.42.20 to Purchase a New Coin Counter and Cash Counter as the Current Units Have Reached Their Useful Life. Research Has Begun on All of These Projects and Seat Expects the Coin and Cash Counter RFQ and the Extra Office Space RFQS to Be Solicited in March 2025. the Engineering and Design Is Being Researched and Is Expected to Be Solicited in April 2025. These 3 Purchases Reflect the Last 3 Purchases Dedicated to This Award. When These 3 Purchases Are Completed and Finalized This Grant Will Be Closed Out.; Expected Outcomes: All 3 Procurements Will Improve the Efficiency of the Seat Administrative Staff in Improving Their Work Environments and Improved Efficiency in Money Handling.; Intended Beneficiaries: All Employees.; Subrecipient Activities: None.
