Community Project Funding/congressionally Directed Spending - Construction - This Project Will Support the Renovation of Niagara University’s Marian House to Transform Underutilized Spaces With Limited Functionality by Creating New Spaces for Niagara’s College of Nursing and Will Consist of Planning and Design; Building Renovation; and Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment to Accommodate Nursing’s Science-based Curriculum. This Will Include Building Classrooms, Conference Rooms, Laboratories, Offices, and Student Workspaces. the Project Will Include the Construction of Enclosed Physical Spaces With Flexible Layouts, State-of-the-art A/v and Technology Capabilities, Capabilities to Host Events, and Provide Adequate Space for Community Outreach Activities. the Project Is an Improvement And/or Reconfiguration of the Interior Arrangements of an Existing Facility as Well as the Purchase of Moveable And/or Affixed Equipment Items.
