Community Project Funding/congressionally Directed Spending - Construction - Purchase of Moveable Equipment as Follows: Floor Scrubber Machine, Lawn Mower, Vital Sign Machines, Ultrasound Machine, Ultrasound Table, Ekg Machine, Tympanometer, Telemetry Unit, Infusion Pumps, Automatic Medication Dispenser, Hematology Machine, CT Injector, Emergency Radios, Bmi Scale, Rotation Mattress, Dining Room Chairs for Ltcu, Computer Servers, Id Maker, Blanket Warmer, Hot Food Tables, Patient Lift, Step Machines and a Recumbent Bike. Project 1: Location 404 N Chestnut Johnson, KS 67855 Windows Will Be Replaced Throughout the Facility in All Patient/resident Care Areas as Well as the Family Waiting Room Windows. Current Windows Are Allowing Heat and Air Conditioning to Escape, Increasing Energy Costs and Creating a Less Comfortable Patient/resident Environment. Project 2: Location 404 N Chestnut, Johnson, KS 67855 Call Light System and Wander Guard System Will Be Replaced Throughout the Facility. the Current System Is Obsolete Due to the Age of the System and Lack of Available Parts. Project 3: Location 404 N Chestnut Johnson, KS 67855 the Sidewalks, Ramps and Parking Lots Will Be Replaced Around the Campus. Uneven Pavement and Broken Curbs Created a Safety Concern and Need to Be Replaced. Project 4: Location 404 N Chestnut, Johnson, KS 67855 the Facility Washing Machine, Dryer, Dishwasher and Water Heater Will Be Replaced Due to Failing Equipment. Project 5: Location 106 G Greenwood North & 404 N Chestnut, Johnson, KS 67855 the Hvac Will Be Replaced at Our Specialty Clinic Located Across the Street From the Facility. the Equipment Was Installed in 2003 and Is Now Failing. a Replacement Chiller Will Be Purchased for the Main Facility Due to Current Chiller Near the End of It's Useful Life and Needing Frequent Repairs.
