This Includes the Philips Ambient Behavioral Health Technology, Which Is the First of Its Kind and Uniquely Designed for Behavioral Health Patients. the Package Includes Philips Ambient Lighting, Sounds, and Image/video Projections, as Well as the Recornect COWIN-48 Interactive Touch Screen and Grasp Software. Philips Partnered With Recornect to Develop a Program Which Provides Patient Programming Meant to Reduce Stimulation and Ultimately Improve the Healing Environment for Patients With Sensory Needs. the Second Phase Is to Build Out an Emergency Room Expansion of 10 Patient Rooms Which Can Safely Accommodate Behavioral Health Patients. the Federally Funded Portion of This Phase Will Include Patient Care Equipment for the Additional Rooms as Described in the Provided Equipm Ent List. It Will Also Include Install the Philips Ambient Behavioral Health Package in the Sensory Play Room in the Expanded Emergency Department.
