Purpose: the Grant Provides Funding for the Operations of Fixed-route Transit Services (mpo Id: MST034M) for the Fiscal Year Starting July 1 2022 and Ending June 30 2023.ACTIVITIES to Be Performed: This Application Does Not Include Funds for Research And/or Development Activities. Indirect Costs Will Not Be Applied to This Application and Its Scope of Work. the Funds Would Be Used for Fixed Route Service Operating From July 1 2020 Through June 30 2022. MSTS Fixed Route Fleet Is Comprised of Over 100 Full Sizes Buses That Include 35-FOOT and 40-FOOT Suburban Coaches 45-FOOT Commuter Coaches 28-FOOT Trolley Style Buses and 23-FOOT Medium Buses. Funds Will Cover Operating Expenses Such as Salaries Fuel and Items Having a Useful Life of Less Than One Year.expected Outcomes: These Funds Will Allow MST to Continue to Provide Riders With Access to Essential Services Systemwide Including Access to Education Employment Healthcare Housing and Recreation Facilities.intended Beneficiaries: All Residents Within MSTS Service Area Will Be Benefit From These Funds.
