This Funding Is Exempt From Conventional Formal Programming in an Ftip Typically Through Stancog. the Fhwa and Fta Joint Planning Rule (23 CFR 450.324) Provides That Emergency Relief Projects That Do Not Involve Substantial Functional Locational or Capacity Changes Are Not Required to Be Included in the Tip/stip. for Purposes of Ftas Emergency Relief Program (ERP) Emergency Relief Projects May Include Recovery Funded Projects and If Applicable Integral Resiliency-elements for the Said Specific Recovery Projects.the Recipient Agrees That If It Receives Federal Funding From the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-through Entity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Any Portion of a Project Activity Approved for Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement It Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Fta for Any Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by Fema Another Federal Agency or an Insurance COMPANY.1% Security: Tda and Caloes Funds Will Be Used to Fund Security Related Items Such as Security Guards in the Amount of $400000 Which Will Fulfill the 1% Requirement. Activities to Be Performed: the Funds for Operating Assistance Will Be Used to Cover Operating Expenses to Operate Maintain and Manage the Fixed Routes and Dial a Ride Services.
