Purpose: This Application Requests of $3653011 in FY20 Is for Section 5307 Cares Act Funding From the Modesto Uza. the Full Amount of the Apportionment Was for a Total of $15120442 From Cares Act 5307 Formula Funding in Supplemental Appropriations From the Cares Act Enacted January 20 2020. the Amount Requested Was Deobligated From the City of Modesto GRACA-2020-073 and Stanrta Is Reapplying for the Funds. Funds Will Be Used for the Following: Capital Cost of Contracting for Stanrta and Operating Assistance at 100% Federal Share. Stanislaus Regional Transit Authority Is the Only Recipient in the Modesto Uza.this Request Acts on Pre-award Authority Granted in the Cares Act Beginning January 20 2020 Granted by the President in Areas Where a State of Emergency Has Been Declared by the Governor. a State of Emergency Was Declared in the State of California on March 4TH 2020.THE Period Covered for This Request Is January 20 2020 Through June 30 2022. We Used the Fta 5307 Operating Worksheet to Develop Our Request and Estimate Our Operating Costs. Operating Expenses Were Estimated for This Grant Application Using the Fta Operating Worksheet and Data From the Agencys Budget.this Funding Is Exempt From Conventional Formal Programming in an Ftip Typically Through Stancog. the Fhwa and Fta Joint Planning Rule (23 CFR 450.324) Provides That Emergency Relief Projects That Do Not Involve Substantial Functional Locational or Capacity Changes Are Not Required to Be Included in the Tip/stip. for Purposes of Ftas Emergency Relief Program (ERP) Emergency Relief Projects May Include Recovery Funded Projects and If Applicable Integral Resiliency-elements for the Said Specific Recovery Projects.the Recipient Agrees That If It Receives Federal Funding From the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-through Entity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Any Portion of a Project Activity Approved for Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement It Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Fta for Any Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by Fema Another Federal Agency or an Insurance Company.no Local Match Will Be Provided.
