Application Purpose: the Bart Silicon Valley Phase Ii Station Area Access and Tod Study Will Develop a Unified Tod Implementation Strategy for the Corridor and Station Areas.; Activities Performed: the Study Will Identify Multimodal Access Needs and Tod Opportunities to Promote Redevelopment and Accessibility Along the 6.5-MILE Corridor Spanning 28TH Street/little Portugal Downtown San Jos Diridon and Santa Clara.; Expected Outcomes: the Bart Phase Ii Project Will Significantly Enhance Regional Connectivity and Draw a Surge in Commuters Visitors Businesses and Developers.; Intended Beneficiaries: Tod Planning Will Significantly Benefit the Bart Silicon Valley Phase Ii Project Corridor. Tod Initiatives Will Foster Vibrant Walkable Neighborhoods and Access to Stations. Easy Access to the Stations Will Facilitate Functional Tod Development Making Transit More Appealing and Reducing Automobile Dependency.
