Application Purpose: the Purpose of This Award Is to Provide $1360436 to Thousand Oaks and Moorpark City Transit for Preventive Maintenance Capital Contracting Cost Ada Paratransit Service and Operating Assistance; $4501440 to VCTC Ventura County Human Services Agency and Ventura County Area Agency on Aging for Preventive Maintenance Mobility Management Operating Assistance Planning. and Jarc; and $1127556 to Camarillo Area Transit for Preventive Maintenance Ada Paratransit and Operating Assistance.; Activities Performed: Funds Will Be Used to Cover Eligible Operating Expenses Such as Driver Salaries Fuel Maintenance On-demand Rideshare Transit Vehicle Leases Etc. to Continue Transit Operations.; Expected Outcomes: Funding Will Permit VCTC and Subrecipients to Continue to Provide Operations That Would Otherwise Have to Be Cut Due to Lack of Funding.; Intended Beneficiaries: VCTC and the Riders That Rely on Its Services Will Benefit From Continued Service Permitting Workers to Get to Work and Riders to Get to Essential Services.; Subrecipient Activities: the Following Are Providers of Transit Service Operators: MV Transportation Transdev and Ratp-dev.
