Application Purpose: the Purpose of This Award Is to Fund One (1) Year of Operating Assistance for the Period Covered July 1 2018 to June 30 2019 and to Fund Capital Projects Such as Bus Replacement Transit Enhancement and Purchase of It Equipment.; Activities Performed: Sunline Transit Agency Intends to Use the Grants for One Year of Eligible Operating Expenses Such as Operators Salaries and Fringe Benefits Fuel Tires Fuel Insurance and Items With Less Than One Year of Useful Life. in Addition Sunline Intends to Use the Grants for Capital Assistance on Projects Such as Bus Replacement Transit Enhancement and Purchase of It Equipment.; Expected Outcomes: Funding for Operations and Capital Assistance Will Improve Sunline Transit Continued Service Reliability and Efficiency of Transit Services Increase Employee Productivity Reduce Cost Optimize Assets Life Cycle Enhance Security and Safety and Keep Transit Assets in a State of Good Repair.; Intended Beneficiaries: the Grant Award Will Benefit Sunline Transit Agency Service Area Populace Employees and Local Area Commuters.; Subrecipient Activities: Sunline Transit Agency Has No Sub-recipient for This Award.
