Application Purpose: the Purpose of This Award Is to Provide $5992859 to VCTC and Thousand Oaks for Cmaq Projects Including Bus Purchases Transit Center Improvements and Transit Outreach; $1600805 to Thousand Oaks and Moorpark for Various Transit Projects; and $1453500 to Camarillo for Various Transit Projects.; Activities Performed: Funds Will Be Used to Cover Eligible Operating Expenses Such as Driver Salaries Fuel Maintenance Replacement Expansion Transit Vehicle Leases Capital Improvements Etc. to Continue and Improve Transit Operations.; Expected Outcomes: Funding Will Permit VCTC to Continue to Provide Operations and Improvements That Would Otherwise Have to Be Cut Due to Lack of Funding.; Intended Beneficiaries: VCTC and the Riders That Rely on Its Services Will Benefit From Continued Operations While Meeting Preventive Maintenance Standards and Keeping Rolling Stock Vehicles in a State of Good Repair Thus Permitting Workers to Get to Work and Riders to Get to Essential and Services and Other Destinations and Desired.; Subrecipient Activities: the Following Are Providers of Transit Service Operators: MV Transportation Ratp-dev.
