The Project Will Facilitate the Rehabilitation of Rctcs Commuter Rail Assets and Facilities in Coordination With Metrolink to Keep the Infrastructure and Equipment in a State of Good Repair. This Project Will Include the Components of Metrolinks Five-year Capital Fleet Plan That Calls for the Rehabilitation of Track Signals Communication Mechanical Layover Facilities and Rolling Stock (both Locomotives and Passenger Rail Cars). in Addition the Grant Will Provide for Rctcs Local Efforts to Improve Expand and Rehabilitate Station Parking and Facilities. as Required the Grant Will Also Provide for Additional Funding for the Development of the Positive Train Control Network and Associated Communications in Southern California. This Is a Multi-year Program That Will Commit Funds to the Systematic Improvement of Facilities and Equipment. This Project Will Use the Remaining Funds 5309 Rail Modification Funds From the Riverside San Bernardino Uza From the FFY09 Apportionment of $5245233 FY10 $5121558. This Project Is in the 2011 Ftip Amendment No. 11-26 Under Riv 120101 Approved 6/15/12. Also This Project Will Use the State Toll Credits as the Local Matching Funds of $2073400 as Identified in the Ftip. the Detailed Budget Includes Amounts for the Funding Match Per Fta Direction.
