Acquire Support Vehicles - Ycipta - $84870 (94.3 Federal) / $5130 (5.7% Local) for a Total Project Cost of $90000 Project Code 114-00 (114-A1) Ali 11.42.114. Acquire - Fund Accounting Software - $56580 (94.3% Federal) /$3420 (5.7% Local) for a Total Project Cost of $60000 Project Code 114-00 (114-A1) Ali 11.42.08; Expected Outcomes: the Purchase of the Two Support Vehicles Will Be Replacing One 2013 Ford Focus and Replacing It With a Larger Capacity Vehicle the Second Support Vehicle Will Be Another Larger Capacity Vehicle. Currently the Small Vehicle Is Not Large Enough to Transport Employees or Supplies for Various Activities as in Job Fairs and Public Engagement Events.the Purchase of a New Fund Accounting System Will Replace the Current Quickbooks That the Authority Has Had Since 2012. the Current Accounting System Does Not Meet Our Needs and the New System Would Assist Us in Better Financial Management.the Purchase of the Maintenance Shop Items Will Not Be Replacing Anything as We Currently Do Not Have a Forklift nor an Engine Stand. the Forklift Is Needed for a Variety of Items to Include Lifting the Mobile Vault Into the Armored Car Service. This Mobile Vault Was Purchased With a Prior Grant and Has Recently Been Installed and Is Ready to Use. as for the Engine Stand This Is a Regular Maintenance Shop Item and Is Used to Work on Engines.; Intended Beneficiaries: This Will Allow Ycipta to Purchase Fund Accounting Software to Replace the Current Quickbooks Software That We Have Used Since 2012. the New Software Will Allow for Better Financial Management and Easier for Auditing. Fare Collection Equipment Is to Provide Spares for No Interruptions for Services in Collecting Fare Revenue. Purchase Two New Ford Explorers for Authority Employees to Use During Business Hours and for Work Related Travel. One of the Explorers Will Replace a 2013 Ford Focus the Ford Focus Will Be Then Used for a Support Vehicle for the Contractor Operations.purchase 5000LB Capacity Tire Forklift Truck for Use in the Maintenance Shop for Loading and Unloading Shipments Also Will Be Used for Lifting the Mobile Vault in and Out of the Armored Car Service to Deposit Cash From Fareboxes. the Engine Stand Will Be Used in the Maintenance Shop for Engine Repairs.
