The Project Is for Continued Support of the Aquaculture Program in the Mississippi Delta Region. Delta Wildlife Will Continue to Assist With the Inventory of American White Pelicans and Continue to Assist With the Inventory of Nesting and Wintering Double-crested Cormorants Throughout the Mississippi Delta Region, Through Ground and Aerial Survey; Assist in Placing GPS Satellite Transmitters on Double-crested Cormorants and American White Pelicans, and Conduct Location Assessments; Assist Producers With Harassment of Cormorants Off of Production Facilities and Direct Control of American White Pelicans Predating on Fish Farm Facilities in the Region; and Assist With Yearly Mid Winter Roost Count. Products Will Include Maps and Geospatial Data, as Well as Training Material. Intended Beneficiaries Are the Aquaculture Industry and Other Stakeholders in the Mississippi Delta Region. There Are No Known Subawardees.
