The Purpose of the Agreement Is to Conduct Animal Health Nationalsurveillance and Response Activities That Will Provide Specific Information to the Recipient (de), Aphis, and Other Interested Parties for Various Commodities Under This De Umbrella Cooperativeagreement. the Recipient Will Support Animal Health Staff, Obtain Andprovide Training and Carry Out Animal Disease Surveillance and Laboratory Activities to Prevent, Detect, and Respond to Animal Disease Health Issues. in Addition, the Goals and Evidence Requiredfrom the Recipient Will Be Completion of Goals and Objectives Asoutlined in the Workplans for Each Commodity in the De Umbrella Agreement. Evidence Required of Goals Being Met Will Be Based on the Quarterly Performance Reports That Are Reviewed by the Programmanager and the Final Performance Report That Will Be Reviewed to Ensurethat the Goals Have Been Meet for the Performance Period of Theagreement. Beneficiaries of This Award Will Be Aphis and Nationalagriculture Industry to Maintain Domestic Food Supply and Internationaltrade to Include Both Private and Public Entities to Include Stakeholders, Trading Partners, With in and Out of the State of De, Andinterstate Commerce of Food Goods and Services and the Health Andwelfare of the Public as Well as Animal Health.
