Ciri Is Requesting 1,024,562.70 of Emdp Grant Funding for Technical Assistance for the Proposed Farewell Mineral Exploration Program, Phase 2. the Proposed Project Will Build on the Phase 1 Pre-development Study and Embark on a Full-season Exploration Program and In-depth Evaluation of the Farewell Districts Precious, Base and Critical Metal Resources.ciri Is Southcentral Alaskas Largest Private Landowner, Controlling 1.6 Million Acres of Subsurface Estate Land in Southcentral Alaska and Surrounding Areas. Mineral Properties Controlled by Ciri Include the Red Mountain Chrome Deposit Near Seldovia, the Johnson River Gold-zinc Prospect on the West Side of Cook Inlet, and the Farewell Base Metal District Southeast of Mcgrath. One of the Most Promising of These Properties Is Farewell, a Property About 160 Miles Northwest of Anchorage Where a Wide Variety of Precious and Base Metals Have Been Identified. Farewell Is a Very Large Area Encompassing Many Prospects. Based on Phase 1, It Was Verified That Abundant Zinc-copper-silver Skarn and Manto Mineralization in the Farewell Tract Indicates a Large Volume of Mineralized, Hydrothermal Fluid Has Moved Through the Underlying Rocks. the Source or Sources for Mineralizing Fluids Have Yet to Be Discovered. the Skarns and Mantos Are Recognized as Possible Indicators of a Buried Porphyry Deposit. Phase 2 Will Focus on the 6120 and Midway Targets, as These Were Shown to Be the Most Prospective for Copper Porphyries. Emdp Grant Funds Would Be Used to Advance Further Exploration, Identifying Drillable Prospects So That a Reserve Estimation Can Be Calculated and So the Project Can Be Marketed to Mining Companies.

Everything here is this single award's whole record — signed, amended, paid — not a fiscal-year slice. The by-year charts elsewhere split an award across the years it was committed; this page keeps it whole.
Committed is what the government has legally promised on this award so far. Contracts can also carry a ceiling — the maximum if every option is exercised. Unspent ceiling is headroom, not money owed.
The cash actually disbursed against this award. The gap from committed is the disbursement pipeline: promised, not yet cashed.
Each transaction is a signing event — an action that created or changed the award, dated the day it was signed — not a payment. Negative amounts are real: money de-committed at closeout or renegotiation.
One bar, the award’s whole arithmetic: paid out, then committed, not yet paid, then .
