Ciri Is Requesting 320,950 of Emdp Grant Funding for the Proposed Renewable Energy Resource Assessment on Ciri Lands. the Proposed Project Will Identify, Evaluate, and Prioritize Wind and Solar Resources on Our Lands, Including Assessing the Wind Resource for Potential Expansion of the Highly Successful Fire Island Wind Project. the Final Deliverables of This Project Will Be an Energy Assessment for Expansion of Fire Island Wind and Installed Resource Assessment Data Collection Equipment on One High Potential Wind Site and One High Potential Solar Site.ciri Has Been Operating the Fire Island Wind Project Since 2012. This Commercial-scale Wind Project Consisting of 11 Ge Xle 1.6 MW Wind Turbine Generators Has Proven That Renewable Energy Resources Can Be Successfully Developed on Our Lands. Through a 25-YEAR Power Purchase Agreement (ppa), This Project Meets the Equivalent Power Needs of 7,000 Homes and Has Eliminated the Consumption of Up to 5 Billion Cubic Feet of Natural Gas During Its 10 Years of Operation.if the Proposed Projects Demonstrate Economic Viability and Are Implemented Through Construction and Commissioning, Ciri Will Have a Stable 20-TO-30-YEAR Revenue Stream and the Railbelt Utilities Will See an Increase in Climate-friendly Energy Technology and Reduced Dependence on Carbon-based Fuels. to Initiate This Development Process, This Proposed Project Will Yield Essential Data for Ciri to Begin Discussions With Utilities About the Potential Purchase of Power Generated From Wind and or Solar Systems and Begin Quantifying the Potential Business Opportunity of an Expanded Independent Power Producer.

Everything here is this single award's whole record — signed, amended, paid — not a fiscal-year slice. The by-year charts elsewhere split an award across the years it was committed; this page keeps it whole.
Committed is what the government has legally promised on this award so far. Contracts can also carry a ceiling — the maximum if every option is exercised. Unspent ceiling is headroom, not money owed.
The cash actually disbursed against this award. The gap from committed is the disbursement pipeline: promised, not yet cashed.
Each transaction is a signing event — an action that created or changed the award, dated the day it was signed — not a payment. Negative amounts are real: money de-committed at closeout or renegotiation.
One bar, the award’s whole arithmetic: paid out, then committed, not yet paid, then .
