Description:this Agreement Provides Funding to Helendale Community Service District to Implement Its Project to Helendale Wastewater Treatment Plant Tertiary Upgrade Engineering and Design as Directed in the 2023 Consolidated Appropriations Act. This Agreement Provides Full Federal Funding in the Amount of $1,000,000.
