Description:this Agreement Provides Funding Under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) to Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District (sbcapcd). the Purpose of This Grant Is to Supplement Work Tasks Related to Fine Particulate Matter (PM2.5), Air Toxics, and Other Air Monitoring Activities. Specifically, the Recipient Will Replace Aging Air Monitoring Equipment in Their Air Monitoring Network. This Assistance Agreement Provides Full Federal Funding in the Amount of $73,400. Pre-award Costs Are Approved Back to July 1, 2023. Activities:the Activities Include Purchasing Monitoring Equipment to Enhance Sbcapcd's PM 2.5 Monitoring Network. Subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:the Anticipated Deliverables Include Purchasing and Installing Replacement Air Monitoring Equipment. the Expected Outcomes Include Improved Monitoring and Data Availability of Criteria Pollutants. the Intended Beneficiaries Are the Residents of Santa Barbara County.
