Description:the Agreement Provides Funding for the Operation of the Summit Lake Paiute Tribe's Continuing Environmental Programs While Giving It Greater Flexibility to Address Its Highest Environmental Priorities, Improve Environmental Performance, Achieve Administrative Savings and Strengthen the Partnership Between the Summit Lake Paiute Tribe and Epa. This Agreement Funds Tribal Programs for Clean Water Act (CWA) 106 and Cwa 319. Specifically, This Grant Will Fund the Development of Water Quality Standards for Their Treatment as a State (TAS) Application, Implement a Water Quality Monitoring Program, Analyze Water Quality Data and Train Tribal Staff, Among Other Tasks. This Assistance Agreement Provides Full Federal Funding in the Amount of $117,555.ACTIVITIES:THIS Agreement Funds Tribal Programs for Clean Water Act (CWA) 106 and Cwa 319. Specifically, This Grant Will Fund the Development of Water Quality Standards for Their Treatment as a State (TAS) Application, Implement a Water Quality Monitoring Program, Analyze Water Quality Data and Train Tribal Staff, Among Other Tasks. Subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:the Deliverables Expected From This Grant Are a Finalized Tas Application and Development of Water Quality Standards, Water Quality Data as a Result of Water Sampling, and Tribal Employee Professional Development. the Beneficiaries Include the Tribal Community Who Will Benefit From Improved Water Quality, the Greater Nevada Community, and the Staff Peoples Receiving Training.
