Description: the Award Will Be Used to Update Geospatial Database of Aquatic Resources and Map Riparian Areas in the Russian River Watershed and Sonoma County and Provide Training and Public Access on Outputs. This Agreement Provides Partial Funding in the Amount of $174,787. Preaward Costs Have Been Approved Back to March 1, 2022. See Terms and Conditions. Activities: Activities Include Developing Cari Basemap for RRW and R3MP Tac Review of RRW Draft Dataset, Training on Car and Wramp Tools, Updating Ecoatlas and Ripzet Vegetation and Hillslope Modules, Map Channel Edge for Sonoma County, Compare Riparian Mapping Methods and Summary of Memorandum, Provide Public Access to Ripzet Outputs, and Project Management/progress Reporting of the Above Tasks. Outcomes: the Expected Deliverables and Outcomes Include RRQ Geospatial Dataset Updates, New Drainage Network Map for Sonoma County, Meeting Materials and Summaries, Ecoatlas Update, Ripzet Module Updates to Arcgis Pro, Ripzet Shapefiles for RRW, Geospatial Dataset of Channel Edge for Sonoma County, Comparative Maps of Riparian Areas by Mapping Methods and Summary Memo, Ripzet Shapefiles for RRW and Accessible as a New Riparian Layer in Ecoatlas, and Semi-annual Project Progress Reports, Final Report, and Executive Summary. the Intended Beneficiary Is the Public. Subrecipient: Asc-sfei Will Manage the Project, Including Internal and External Coordination, Project Progress Reporting (semi-annual and Final Project Reports, and 2-PAGE Summary Consistent With Epa Contract Requirements), Accounting, and Invoicing. Asc-sfei Will Develop Purchase Orders for Consultant Services From the R3MP’S Non-state or Federal Agency Science Advisors and Other Expert Scientists to Support the Scientific Oversight and Review of Project Tasks Described Above. Project Budgets and Expenditures Will Be Tracked Monthly by the Project Manager Through the Asc-sfei Accounting System and Invoices Will Be Submitted Not Less Than Quarterly Depending on the Amount of Expenditures.
