This Agreement Supports the Elem Colony's Participation in Public and Technical Meetings, Review and Comment on Key Site Documents That Might Affect the Tribe and Their Sovereign Lands, and Review of Other Materials Relevant to the Remediation of the Site. It Provides Tribal Support in Providing Oversight of Remedial Data Collection Activities to Ensure Protection of Cultural Resources.
