The Primary Purpose/objective of This Grant Is to Capitalize California's Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (dw-srf) Program for Financing Drinking Water Infrastructure Improvements. the California State Water Resources Control Board (CSWRCB) Will Lend These Funds to Drinking Water Systems in California (CA) at Below Market Interest Rates to Address Their Drinking Water Infrastructure Needs and to Vitalize Ca's Economy. the Grant Also Provides Set-aside Funds to Cswrcb for a Number of Programs Such as Administration of the Dw-srf, Public Water System Supervision (PWSS), State Drinking Water Capacity Development, and Technical Assistance to Small Systems Programs. This Grant Provides Full Federal Funding in the Amount of $97,991,000. Pre-award Costs Have Been Approved Back to July 1, 2018.
