This Agreement Provides Funding for the Operation of the Blackfeet Tribe's Continuing Environmental Programs While Giving It Greater Flexibility to Address Its Highest Environmental Priorities, Improve Environmental Performance, Achieve Administrative Savings and Strengthen the Partnership Between the Blackfeet Tribe and Epa. This Agreement Funds Tribal Programs in Order to Attain Outputs and Outcomes Associated With Managing Continuing Environmental Programs Which Include Activities to Protect and Maintain Air Quality, Water Quality Monitoring and Assessment, Land Redevelopment, Solid Waste Management, Data Quality, and Environmental Capacity Development. Also, $100,000 in CWA319(H), Non-point Source Pollution Control Program, Competitive Funding Awarded Under EPA-OW-OWOW-19-01 Is Obligated as Part of This New Funding Action.
