Description:this Agreement Will Provide Financial Assistance to the Recipient for the Implementation of Its Program to Ensure That Underground Sources of Drinking Water Are Protected From Endangering Injection Activities, in Which Treated Waste Water Is Injected Into the Ground Between Impermeable Layers of Rock Formation. Purpose: to Prevent Endangerment of Underground Sources of Drinking Water Where Injection Activities Are Occurring. Activities:activities: Permitting, Maintenance of Uic Inventory, Inspection Compliance Monitoring, Mechanical Integrity Testing, Maintenance of Regulatory Authority Enforcement and Reporting.subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:deliverables: the Recipient Will Report the Number of Underground Injection Control Permit Applications Received, Permits Issued, Number of Wells Inspected, and Information Collected on Well Class and Type.
