Description:this Agreement Provides Funding to the Sacramento Area Sewer District to Implement Its Project to Replace Failing Septic Tanks and to Service Properties With Sanitary Sewer Service in the Communities of Franklin and Hood as Identified in an Approved Technical Correction for This Project. This Assistance Agreement Provides Full Federal Funding in the Amount of $3,000,000. See Terms and Conditions. Activities:the Activities to Be Performed Include the Execution and Implementation of a Project to Replace Failing Septic Tanks and to Service Properties With Sanitary Sewer Service in the Communities of Franklin and Hood, Sacramento County, Ca. Workplan Activities Consist of the Abandonment of Septic Systems and the Construction of Sewer Mainline, Lower Laterals and Upper Laterals for the 49 Parcels in Franklin and 136 Parcels in Hood and the Construction of Approximately 43,000 Feet of New Pipeline. Subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:the Anticipated Deliverables Include 100% Design Plans and Specifications; Quarterly Progress Reports With Contractor Invoices for Reimbursement Requests; If Requested, a Final Project Report. the Expected Outcomes Include Community Satisfaction of Numbers of Complaints Sacsewer Receives Less Than 10 Customer Complaints Per Community Per Year, Reduced Property Owner's Septic System Operation and Maintenance Cost, and Reduced Number of Septic Systems in Each Community. the Intended Beneficiaries Include Residents of the Communities of Franklin and Hood.
