Description:this Agreement Provides Funding to Churchill County to Implement Its Project to Drill and Install Two (2) Test Wells and Prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report and Environmental Review as Directed in the 2023 Consolidated Appropriations Act or as Identified in an Approved Technical Correction If One Has Been Approved for This Project. Activities:the Activities to Be Performed Include: Performing a Desktop Evaluation of Existing Data, Perform Engineering Services With Permitting and Test Well Drilling Including Soliciting Proposals From Up to Three Contractors to Drill Up to Two Monitoring Wells, and Oversee Test Well Drilling and Sampling and Aquifer Testing. Additional Activities Include: Establishing Project Planning Criteria, Identifying Existing Facilities and Capacities, the Project Need, and Any Potential Feasible Alternatives, Selecting a Feasible Alternative, and Identifying the Proposed Project. Remaining Activities Include: Performing a Desktop Soils Investigation of the Proposed Water Treatment Plant Site, Conducting and an Environmental Review and Summarizing Results for the Recommended Alternative Identified in the Preliminary Engineering Report. the Anticipated Deliverables Are the Preliminary Engineering Report and Environmental Review. Subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:this Assistance Agreement Provides Full Federal Funding in the Amount of $300,000.
