Description:this Arp Funded Award Provides Funding to Midwest Assistance Program (MAP) for Risk and Resilience Planning Training and Education, Risk and Resiliency Assessments, and Natural Disaster Planning. the Focus of the Work Will Be in the Four-state Epa Region 7 Area of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska, in Overburdened Communities With a Population Under 3,300 and Where the Community Is Deemed as Overburdened, Based on Economic and Demographic Data.activities:through This Project, Map Will Collaborate With the Epa to Identify Communities in Need, Conduct Training, and Provide Technical Assistance to Help Water Utilities Serving Small and Overburdened Communities to Conduct Risk and Resilience Assessments and Identify Risks and Vulnerabilities to Natural Disasters. Subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:attendees Will Gain the Knowledge and Tools to Prepare and Develop Plans for Natural Disaster and Emergency Response Plans.
