This Agreement Provides Funding Under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) for Keating School to Conduct Remediation Activities as Authorized by Cerlca 104(K)(3) in Pueblo, Colorado. the Keating School (keating) Is a Non-profit Organization That Serves the People of Pueblo, Colorado, by Revitalizing the Long Vacant Historic Keating Junior High School (KS) Into a Leading Role as a Theatrical Destination and New Housing Hub Catalyzing Further Investments in the Bessemer Neighborhood and City of Pueblo. the Keating School Building in the Surrounding Bessemer Neighborhood (the Target Area) Is the Subject of This Cleanup Grant Application. the Keating School Redevelopment Offers a Place of Community Pride. the 100-YEAR Old Theater Will Be a Busy Place for the Community to Claim Its Voice and the Surrounding Building Will Offer Quality Housing.activities:specifically, This Agreement Will Provide Funding to the Recipient to Clean Up a Brownfield Site(s). Additionally, the Recipient Will Competitively Procure (as Needed) and Direct a Qualified Environmental Professional to Conduct Environmental Site Activities, Will Create a Community Involvement Plan and Administrative Record for the Site(s), and Will Report on Interim Progress and Final Accomplishments by Completing and Submitting Relevant Portions of the Property Profile Form Using Epa's Assessment, Cleanup and Redevelopment Exchange System (acres). Subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:further, the Recipient Will Remediate One Brownfield Site and Anticipates Holding Two Community Meetings, Finalizing One Analysis of Brownfield Cleanup Alternatives, and Submitting Twelve Quarterly Reports.
