Description:high Country Conservation Center, (HC3) Will Develop a Climate Equity Plan That Empowers Summit County's Underserved Residents to Participate in Creating Climate Action Solutions While Improving the Quality of Life for All Residents and Decreasing Greenhouse Gas Emissions. by Coordinating With Diverse Organizations Which Already Work With Low-income and Minority Residents on Community- Building Projects, HC3 Will Ensure Meaningful Engagement With Our Community's Diverse Populations. HC3 Will Incorporate the Climate Equity Plan Into the Existing Community-wide Climate Action Plan, Prioritizing Environmental Justice and Meaningful Participation of All Residents in Their Community's Larger Efforts to Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions.
