This Agreement Will Provide Funding for the Lenowisco Planning District to Inventory, Characterize, Assesss and Conduct Cleanup Planning, and Community Involvement Related Activities for Brownfields Sites in Kent, Norton City, the Wise Scott Planning District and Dikenson County, Virginia. the Grantee Will Conduct Assessments and Cleanup Plans for the Powell River Trail North, Kent Junction Gob Pile, and Clintwood High School. Community Involvement Will Be Conducted in Each Target Area. Brownfields Are Real Property, the Expansion, Development or Reuse of Which May Be Complicated by the Presence or Potential Presence of Hazardous Substances Pollutants or Contaminants.
