This Agreement Will Provide Funding for the Greene County Ida to Inventory, Characterize, Assess, and Conduct Cleanup Planning and Community Involvement Related Activities for Brownfield Sites in the Greene County, Pennsylvania. Expanding the Greene County Ida's Ability to Assess Brownfields in the Target Area, Waynesburg and Across Greene County to Restore Their Potential as Both Economic and Community Resources Will Allow the County to Work Toward Acheiving the Goals Outlined in the Greene Ccounty Growth and Comprehensive Plan. Brownfields Are Real Property, the Expansion, Development or Reuse of Which May Be Complicated by the Presence or Potential Presence of a Hazardous Substance, Pollutant, or Contaminant.
