Description:this Agreement Provides Funding to Mount Olive Township to Implement Its Project to Make Improvements to the Drainage on Cedar Street, Mckelvie Street, Johnson Avenue, and Route 46 by Retrofitting Eighteen Storm Drain Inlets and Installing Three Stormwater Manufactured Treatment Devices to Reduce Pollutant Discharge Into Budd Lake as Directed in the 2024 Consolidated Appropriations Act or as Identified in an Approved Technical Correction If One Has Been Approved for This Project. Activities:the Activities to Be Performed Include the Execution and Implementation of a Storm Water Infrastructure Construction Project. Workplan Activities Consist of Retrofitting Inlets Through the Excavation of Roadway Around the Existing Drain, Disconnecting It From the System, Removing the Old Drain, Installing a New Drain With Proper Connections, Backfilling the Trench With Compacted Soil, and Restoring the Roadway Surface With Asphalt. the Installation of the Manufactured Treatment Devices (MTDS) Includes Site Preparation, Excavation of Roadway, Placement of the MTD Unit, Connection to the Inlet and Outlet Pipes, Backfilling and Final Grading. Subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:the Anticipated Deliverables Include Improvements to the Drainage on Cedar Street, Mckelvie Street, Johnson Avenue, and Route 46 by Retrofitting Eighteen Storm Drain Inlets and Installing Three Stormwater Manufactured Treatment Devices to Reduce Pollutant Discharge Into Budd Lake. the Expected Outcomes Include Decreasing the Sediment and Phosphorus Inputs Into Budd Lake and Improve the Overall Water Quality Through the Installation of New MDT'S and Retrofitted Storm Drains. the Intended Beneficiaries Include the Residents of the Mount Olive Township and Visitors.
