Rowan University Will Provide Pollution Prevention Technical Assistance to the Exxonmobil Lubricants and Oil Blending Plant in Paulsboro, New Jersey. This Is a Large Facility That Supplies Many Different Types of Lube-oil Products to Automotive Manufacturers and Consumer Distributors, and Generates Significant Waste Oil By-products. Rowan Intends to Provide Alternative Flushing and Cleaning Technologies to Minimize Oil Waste and Encourage Oil Recovery From Lube Oil Mixtures. Results Through Case Studies Will Be Shared Throughout the Oil-based Chemicals and Automotive Products Sector.
