The Purpose of This Agreement Is to Provide Funding for Niagara County, New York to Inventory, Characterize, Assess, and Conduct Cleanup Planning and Community Involvement Related Activities for Brownfield Sites in Niagara County, New York. Niagara County's Assessment Program Will Target the Communities of Lockport, Niagara Falls, and North Tonawanda. the Target Communities Are Included in Existing Planning Studies. the Activities to Be Performed Include Phase I Environmental Assessments, Phase Ii Environmental Assessments, Cleanup Planning, and Community Outreach. Anticipated Outputs Include Phase I Environmental Assessment Reports, Phase Ii Environmental Assessment Reports, Health and Safety Plans, Quality Assurance Project Plans, Cleanup Plans, and Meeting Minutes. the Beneficiaries of the Project Are the Residents of Niagara County. Brownfields Are Real Property, the Expansion, Development or Reuse of Which May Be Complicated by the Presence or Potential Presence of a Hazardo
