Description:this Agreement Provides Funding to Putnam Public Service District to Implement Its Project for Fraziers Bottom Sewer Line Extension Project as Directed in the 2024 Consolidated Appropriations Act or as Identified in an Approved Technical Correction If One Has Been Approved for This Project. Activities:the Activities to Be Performed Include the Execution and Implementation of Wastewater Conveyance System Improvements. Workplan Activities Consist of: Engineering Services for Preliminary and Final Design, Environmental and Geotechnical Investigation, Surveying Services, Easement Acquisition Services, Permitting Assistance, Bidding and Negotiation Assistance, Construction Management and Administration Services. a Portion of the Funding on This Grant Will Go Directly to Permitting Fees. These Services and Fees Are Necessary for the Eventual Construction of an Expanded Sanitary Sewer Collection System. Subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:the Anticipated Deliverables Include the Development of Permitting and Construction Documents to Support the Construction of a Sanitary Sewer Collection System. the Expected Outcomes Include a New Sanitary Sewer Collection System. the Intended Beneficiaries Include Current Residents of Putnam County, West Virginia.
