Description:this Agreement Provides Funding to New Haven Public Service District in West Virginia to Implement Its Project to Extend the Water Main on Old Gwinn Road as Directed in the 2023 Consolidated Appropriations Act or as Identified in an Approved Technical Correction If One Has Been Approved for This Project. Activities:the Activities to Be Performed Include the Execution and Implementation of a Water Main Extension on Old Gwinn Road. Workplan Activities Consist of Constructing a New Water Main Extension From the Existing Water Main on Hawver Road Along Old Gwinn Road, and a Transmission Line Along an Unnamed Farm Road That Runs North Off Old Gwinn Road, 0.96 Miles Northeast of the Intersection of Hawver Road and Old Gwinn Road. Subrecipient:no Subawards Are Included in This Assistance Agreement.outcomes:the Anticipated Deliverables Include the Installation of Approximately 12,000 LF of 8' and 3,900 LF of 2' Water Line, a Booster Station, a PRV Station and a Water Storage Tank. the Expected Outcomes Include the Improved Access to Safe and Reliable Public Drinking Water and Strengthening the Operational Capacity of the Local Water System by Improving Infrastructure Reliability, System Pressure, and Fire Protection Capabilities. the Intended Beneficiaries Include 16 New Residents in the Old Gwinn Road Area.
